Enum mz_ore::bytes::MaybeLgBytes

source ·
pub enum MaybeLgBytes {
    Bytes(Bytes),
    LgBytes(LgBytes),
}
Available on crate feature bytes_ only.
Expand description

A Bytes or an LgBytes.

TODO: Once we’ve validated the persist s3 usage of LgBytes, change the CYA fallback path to be a heap allocated LgBytes. Then we can make this not pub.

Variants§

§

Bytes(Bytes)

A Bytes, always heap allocated, untracked by metrics.

§

LgBytes(LgBytes)

An LgBytes, possibly heap allocated, but always tracked by metrics.

Implementations§

source§

impl MaybeLgBytes

source

pub fn len(&self) -> usize

Returns the number of bytes contained in this MaybeLgBytes.
