The exit code of a process halted because a live reader lost its lease.
Distinct from halt!’s 166 so alerting can tell a lost lease from a
routine restart; cloud alerting matches on it. Under Kubernetes the pod is
restarted (with crash backoff), as for any non-zero exit.
