CompactBytes

CompactBytes inlines up-to 23 bytes on the stack, if more than that is required we spill to the heap. The heap representation is not reference counted like bytes::Bytes, it’s just an owned blob of bytes.

CompactBytesSlice

CompactBytesSlice inlines up-to 15 bytes on the stack, if more than that is required we spill to the heap. The heap representation is not reference counted like bytes::Bytes.
