A schema’s evolution policy, as accepted by Client::create_schema and returned by Client::get_schema.

Mirrors aws_sdk_glue::types::Compatibility, with Unknown(String) as the forward-compat escape hatch. The *All variants are Glue’s transitive modes (a new schema must be compatible with every prior version, not just the latest). Disabled turns off enforcement entirely and has no Confluent analogue.
