Provides utility functions for concatenation of elements in arrays.

Functions

• concat_element_binary
  Returns the elementwise concatenation of a GenericBinaryArray.

  Returns the elementwise concatenation of a GenericByteArray.
• concat_elements_dyn
  Returns the elementwise concatenation of Arrays.
