Module retry_policy 

Defines the retry policies for Google Cloud Storage.

The storage service recommends retrying several 408, 429, and all 5xx HTTP status codes. This is confirmed in the description of each status code:

• 408 - Request Timeout
• 429 - Too Many Requests
• 500 - Internal Server Error
• 502 - Bad Gateway
• 503 - Service Unavailable
• 504 - Gateway Timeout

In addition, resumable uploads return 308 - Resume Incomplete. This is not handled by the RetryableErrors retry policy.
